The fish came as two fillets flanked by five jumbo shrimp.

Each fillet was not more than a half-inch thick in the middle and even thinner at the head and tail portions. The fish was topped with a tomato-based pink scampi sauce and was unlike any salmon I've ever tasted. A lemon sole and lump crabmeat ($21.50) was baked Italian- style with rosemary butter.
