Mr. Lipsky of Shaler dead at 51 Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday for Gerald H. Lipsky, 51, of 1032 Saxonburg Shaler, who died at home Tuesday, Feb.

17, 1976. Mr Lipsky, an Army veteran of World War II, was a carpenter. He was ajnember of Roman Catholic Church in Etna. Surviving are his wife, Anna Mae Burchick Lipsky, one daughter, Bonnie Lee Dake, of Hampton, and one grandson, Owen W. Clara Riethmuller Clara Tessmer Riethmuller, 87, of Shaler, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1976, in North Hills Passavant Hospital Mrs, Riethmuller was a member of ElfmwHd United Presbyterian Church. She was the widow of Elmer L. Riethmuller Survivors include two children, Robert C. Riethmuller and Marion John, both of Shaler, one siter, Ella Stoecker, three brothers, James J.

Gavin, 47, Reserve Twp. contractor James J. Gavin, 47, housing contractor and Republican candidate for the State Senate in 1970, died in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Oakland Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1976. Mr.

Gavin lived on Mount Troy Road in Reserve. Before becoming a contractor, he had been a a a miner and owner of an auto body shop. He was defeated' for his Senate bid in e-3Wh District- by Democrat Stanley M. Noszka Mr Gavin had also run for county commissioner. He was a prolific writer whose letters to the editor often appeared in News Record and city newspapers i i J.J.

He was a member of St. Aloysms Roman Catholic Church in Reserve, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7090 and Moose Lodge 46. Survivors include his wife, Louise Werner Gavin, four children, Joyce Jockel, of West View, and Jeffrey, James and Gregory Gavin, at home; his mother, Bertha Hartle Gavin, two sisters, Betty Meier and Mary Karnmerich, and one brother, Joseph Gavirf, Friends were received at the Oscar Home; "Troy HtilrMns will be sung at 10 a.m. today, Saturday, at St. Aloysius Church.

Reed, 82, the father of Richland Supervisor Donald Reed, died at home in Grove City Monday, Feb. 16, 1976.
