Mr. and er by J. Austin Dillon Company, Stone Mountain, and Mrs. Frank Louis E. Austin, former owner of the Georgia Auto Parts Company, died in Jacksonville Beach, yesterday after a short illness.

He was 52. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Awtry Lowndes. A native Atlantan, Mr. Austin bought the Georgia Auto Parts Company in 1920, and operated it until his retirement in 1945. He left Atlanta about six months ago and moved to Jacksonville Beach.

He was a former member of the board of directors of the Northwest Atlanta Bank. He was a member of the Bellwood Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Maimie Atkinson; six daughters, Mrs. Harold Bryan, Miss Charlotte and Miss Polly Austin, all of Jacksonville Beach; Mrs. James Goodman, Mrs.

Clifford Warren and Mrs. Kenneth DeVance, all of Atlanta, and four sons, Charles and Calvin both of Atlanta, and L. E. and Funeral services will be held at TvTr. Arthur Earl Milam.
