Lewisville Teachers Adopt Constitution At Meeting LEWISVILLE-The local chapter of the Texas State Teachers A i a i gathered for the last meeting of year Jast week and approved a new constitution elected new officers and delegates to various conventions. The proposal for a new constitution evolved as a result of a secret ballot by teachers which indicated that the majority is in favor of forming one local teacher organization separate from the administration. The new constitution was passed unanimously by the approximately 100 teachers present at the meeting.
