THIRTEEN The Eyes of Texas Are on rm VOTE TODAY-- for the $65,000 county bond issue to purchase a site for the State Psychopathic Hospital By so doing you will help to: Establish an institution of untold value to Galveston and Texas; an institution destined to save many useful citizens from the horrors of insanity. Make Galveston one of the nation's foremost medical centers. Keep the agreement Galveston has made with the State of Texas. Launch a $150,000 building project in Galveston within thirty days after the bond issue is passed.
