187 establishing a one deer season for hunting of deer on the San Andres National Wildlife Refuge, is hereby promulgated: Section 1. PURPOSE--The -ur- pose of the season which is hereby established Is in cooperation with the U. S. Forest Service and the Fish and Wildlife Service to limit the deer suonly on the San Andres National Wildlife Refuge to the carrying-capacity of the range and more particularly to prevent undue competition of deer with mountain sheep within said refuge. Section 2.

LOCATION AND BOUNDARY--The area consists of the following described lands of the United States within the San Andres National Wildlife refuge, to-wit: part of the refuge common to the Jornado Ex- than 200 permits to hunt deer, cither bucks or does, within the above described area during period of December 1 to December 4. inclusive. All permitted hunters will DC required to have the regular big game hunting license.
