12:15 a.m. A Robert Hey Robert P. Hey, 66, 801 Marsha Drive, died at 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1997, at Saint Joseph Hospital Health Center.

On June 14, 1931, in Indianapolis, he was born to Valentine and Louise (Miller) Hey. He married Joan Hunter Hey May 6, 1987; she survives. Hey retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves. He served in the U.S.

Air Force Active Duty for four years and was chief master Sargent, serving in Vietnam. He served in the civil service for 27 years. His affiliations include Community Bible Min- SHRINE 1990 CLUE Hey istries, National Rifle Association, American Legion, Kokomo Shrine Club as past president in 1990 and a nine-year board member, lifetime member of Kokomo Shrine Club Mini T's as president in 1987 and 1996, Kokomo Shrine Club Hillbillies and as chief radan in 1991, 1992 and 1993, Peru-Miami Masonic Lodge No. 97, Great Lakes Association Shrine Motor Murat Temple, Murat Motor Car as president in 1995 and current secretary and man of the year, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Fort Wayne, Murat Press Corp. as president in 1996, Royal Order of Jesters Court 15 of Indianapolis, Kachina Klub Motor Car, IBN Saud Grotto, 19th Bombardment Association, Honorary deputy for Marion County, Howard County Parade chairman for Haynes Apperson Festival in 1994 and 1995, paper chairman for Murat Temple.

He was a graduate of Tri-Central High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1976 through 1977. He had been employed as a roller at Haynes International since June 1979. Also surviving are one son, Bryan D.

Reese, at home; his father and stepmother, Lloyd F. and Ce Ce Reese of Lacy, three sisters, Mary, Jennie, and Nora; a half-sister; and a paternal grandmother. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Fenn Shirley Mortuary, Colonial Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, with Pastor Ray Squibb officiating.

Florence 'Peggy' Collins MARION, Ind. Florence "Peggy" Hurley Collins, 82, Irish Acres Ranch, Evening Shade, formerly of Marion, died at 10:56 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997, at Saint Joseph Hospital Health Center. She was born Feb.

2, 1915, in Santa Fe, to Ode Hurley. She married Walter Collins; he survives. Collins retired in 1965 as a school teacher. She taught at Northgrove School, Northgrove, and Washington Elementary School, Marion. She was a member of Marion Moose Lodge and the Indiana Teachers Retirement Association.

She was an avid fisherman. She received her bachelor's degree from Marion College and master's degree from Ball State University. Charles Puterbaugh senting The Indianapolis News and later as a district manager for The Indianapolis Star. The last 15 years of his career he spent working with the Howard County Health Puterbaugh Department, Charles Puterbaugh, 89, 1005 S. Indiana died at 6:53 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997, at Saint Joseph Hospital Health Center.

He was born May 30, 1908, in Kokomo, the son of Charles C. and Etta (Jessup) Puterbaugh. On May 30, 1928, he married Ruth I. Albright in Kokomo. She survives.

He had been employed in newspaper circulation work, first repre- Puterbaugh as a sanitarian, retiring in 1970. He was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Mary Puterbaugh of Gaston; four grandchildren; Joseph Puterbaugh and his wife, Cathie, of Port Charlotte, Bill Puterbaugh and his wife, Kris, of Yorktown, Jannette Morgan and Yest.
