April 19 Special The attorney of the Southwestern ra Iroad do not apprehend that the courts will hold the company liable for payment of the bonds or the Montgomery and Eufaula railroad. which are endorsed by the Central and Southwestern railroads. One of the attorneys informed The Constitutions corre- sponlent today that he had no rear that the Southwestern would be held responsible.

Grady.

It was the case of Mrs. Kate Treanor vs. Mrs. 1. D.

DuBose who occupies the Grady place. Together with this cue go cases against Mesas E. T. Brown R. B.

Russell and w. C. Orr In regard to the title to the Property on Prince avenue whlcA adjoins Mrs. DuBoses home. The history of the case la peculiar in some respects.

General Robert Taylor willed this property to his son R. D. B. Taylor. for life and the remainder to the children of R.

ii. B. Taylor in fee simple. Mr. R.

D. B. Taylor had two children. Susan Holmes Taylor now Mrs. Fred Lucas and Kate McKinley Taylor.
