Johnson, 77, died Friday in the Crozer-Cheser Medical Center, Upland, where he had been a patient ince April 29. He lived at 1724 W. 7th 5t, Chester. Mr. Johnson was born in Queen Anne County, and ad lived in Chester since he was six years old.

He was ordained in 1965 and ivas a member of Asbury V.M.E. Church. He was a ormer employe of the Sun hipbuilding Dry Dock Chester, and was later self-: mployed. Surviving are two sons, Villiam Johnson and Charles Frisbie, both of Chester, and brother, Charetes Johnson of Wednesday at Asbury A.M.E. Church, 6th and Barclay Chester.
