She also faces trial May 3 in Cincinnati, Ohio, on charges involving heroin and possession of an allegedly forged prescription for a tranquilizing drug. Miss Carne is best known for her role as the "sock-it-tu-me" girl on the old "Laugh-in" television series. She also starred in the Broadway revival of "The Boy Friend," recreating the role originated by Julie Andrews in the 1950s. Terrorist's body washes ashore TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) The body of a Palestinian terrorist who drowned on his way to mount the highway massacre of 35 Israelis March 11 drifted ashore said.

The terrorist was one of 13 aboard two rubber dinghies that landed 37. miles north of Tel Aviv. One of the, dinghies tipped before reaching shore, and two terrorists drowned. LOS ANGELES (UPI) Comedienne Judy Carne, who has had two recent brushes with the law on drug charges, collapsed at her West Hollywood apartment Tuesday, began "foaming at the mouth," and was taken to a hospital for emergency treatment. A hospital spokeswoman said Miss Carne was treated and released but would give no other information on the case.

Robert Bergman, the 38-year-old entertainer's husband who was present at the time, told sheriff's deputies Miss Carne fell to the floor and "began foaming at the mouth." Bergman told deputies she "appeared to be under the influence of something" when she returned to the apartment around noon. Paramedics were called and found her unconscious. She was revived and taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Miss Carne is free on a $5,000 bail in a Los Angeles case; She is scheduled to go to trial April 3 after finished the week at 18.8, followed by CBS at 18.3 and NBC at 17.1. The networks say that means in an average prime time minute, 18.8 percent of the homes in the country with TV were watching ABC.

Both NBC and CBS were hurt at the bottom of the ratings. NBC's "Hallmark Hall of Fame," featuring "Peter Pan," and CBS' "Shields and Yarnell Show," were tied for 61st place, followed by CBS' "Maude," NBC's "James at 16" and "Chuck Barris Rah Rah Show," and CBS' "Kojak." Here are the week's Top 10 programs: "Little House on the Prairie," with a 31 rating representing 22.6 million homes, NBC; "Laverne and Shirley," 29 and 21.1 million, and "Three's Company," 28.3 and 20.6 million, both ABC; "All in the Family," 28 and 20.4 million, CBS; "Happy Days," 26 and 19 million, ABC; "The Waltons," 25.9 and 18.9 million, "Alice," 25.7 and 18.7 million, "M-A-S-H," 25 and 18.2 million, and "60 Minutes," 24.8 and 18.1 million, all CBS, and "Charlie's Angels," 24.2 and 17.6 million, ABC. The second 10 shows: "One Day at a Time," CBS; "Love Boat," "How the West was Won," and "Soap," all ABC; Big Story," NBC; "Barney Miller," ABC; "Charlie Brown-Easter Beagle" and "The Incredible Hulk," both CBS; "Eight is Enough," ABC, and "The First Easter Rabbit," CBS. NEW YORK (AP) After struggling near the top much of the season, "Little House on the Prairie" broke through to become last week's most-watched TV program, A.C. Nielsen figures show.

But that wasn't enough to lift NBC out of last place in the networks' battle for the prime time viewer. NBC's top series of the season knocked ABC's top three shows routinely in or near first place in the weekly ratings down a notch or two. All three programs for the week ending March 19 were reruns of earlier episodes, competing against the second installment in a two-part "Little House on the Prairie" show. The NBC show had a rating of 31. Nielsen says that means of all the homes in the country with TV, 31 percent watched all or part of the program.

"Laverne and Shirley," the most-watched program two of the previous three weeks, fell to No. 2, "Three's Company" was third and "Happy Days" fifth. The last espisode of CBS' "All in the Family" series featuring Archie Bunker's daughter, son-in-law and grandson, was No. 4 in the weekly ratings. The Norman Lear hit will return next season without Sally Struthers and Rob Reiner, who had been with the show from the start seven seasons ago.

"Little House on the Prairie" was the only NBC program in the Top 10. In addition to "All in the Family," CBS had four other shows in the first 10, "The Waltons," "Alice," "M-A-S-H" and "60 Minutes."
