NEW YORK (AP) For the eighth time in 10 weeks, CBS "All in the Family" series has proved to be the lion's most-watched evening program, according to A.C. Nielsen Co. ratings for last week. The Nielsen figures, made public Tuesday, showed that of the nation's 20 most-popular evening programs. 10 were on CBS, six on ABC and four on NBC.
