ROTARY CLUB Joe Becker, Joplin man and talent scout for the Boston Red Sox will be guest speaker tomorrow at the 12:10 o'clock meeting of the Rotary Club to be held In the club rooms of the city building.

Becker Is well known in Neosho and the district and will have "Baseball" as his topic. Joe Weston Is program chairman. METHODIST MEN Men of the Methodist church of Neosho, and their guests, wil attend a dinner in the Wesley Hall of the church at 7 o'clock tonight. Ladies of the church will serve the dinner. A committee, with Earl Jones as chairman, has prepared a program which will be extremely interesting to everyone, and it is hoped that the attendance will be of capacity size.

LIONS LADIES NIGHT Members of the Neosho Lions Club will hold a ladies' night program Friday night of this week at the municipal auditorium. Dinner will be served at 7:30 and reservations must be in by tomorrow either with DAILY RECORD ARRESTS Four drunks occupied the jail premises yesterday and last night. Officer Ooffman garnered one yesterday afternoon, Sgt. Montgomery and Officer Daugherty arrested two drunk women last night upon complaint of the husband of one of them, and the fourth was picked up by Sgt. Montgomery and Officer Stamps.

The latter was a Negro. Officers Daugherty and Stamps at p. m. yesterday arrested four Siloam Springs, Arkansas, men on various charges. John Henderson Miller and J.

B. Lybyer were booked on charges of short-changing. William D. Miller was charged with operating a motor vehicle with improper license tags, and their companion, Jess Duane Miller was booked for Investigation. All four were lodged in the county Jail.
