MANHATTAN Cassidy Breeden, a sophomore in communication sciences and disorders, Quinter, is among nine new members joining the College of Human Ecology Honors Program at Kansas State University. Students who are incoming freshmen with excellent ACT scores or continuing students with a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average are invited to join the program. Members are eligible to take honors courses offered at K- State and are advised about national scholastic competitions, as well as international and graduate study opportunities. Honors students also must complete senior research papers, many of which are published in professional journals.
