Judge gives pair 3 years SANTA FE (AP) - U.S. District Judge Santiago Campos sentenced two men, Gary Michael Marin and Horace Dixon Barnes, to three years imprisonment for possession with intent to distribute approximately 1,300 pounds of marijuana. Campos, who sentenced the men Tuesday, also levied three year special paroles to follow each man's prison sentence. The men were arrested last July in Albuquerque. Both now live in in Texas and requested Campos recommend they be imprisoned there so the they can be near their families. Campos gave both men until Feb. 5 to surrender themselves to the U.S. Marshal. Campos also imposed a two year suspended sentence for Robert Charles Mask of Roswell. Mask, who was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, was ordered to be placed on probation for three years, during which time he must participate in a program for drug abusers. Also sentenced Tuesday was Terry Wolfe of Albuquerque who got two concurrent two year sentences for obtaining drugs by forged prescriptions between December 1977 and March 1978. ,
