LOUIS (APi St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Bob Forsch is asking a federal court to award him damages totaling nearly- S3 million Tor alleged fraud and misrepresentation by his baseball agents. The suit, filed Wednesday in U. S.

District Court, names M. Larue Harcourt and Athletes Financial Services Inc. and HHW both of California, suit defendants. The petition alleges the defendants used the player's money for their own purposes and misrepresented the safety of investments they made for lum. Forsch also alleges he faces income tax audits and the possibility of owing back taxes and penalties because of Harcourt's actions.
