April 27, 1954, and will be opened the same day at 1:00 P.M. Bids for Turbine Room Building Addition. Bids must be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and bidding forms on file at the office of said Director of Public Service, Dover. Ohio, and at the office of Arnold, Rosch, and Hart, line.

Engineers, New Philadelphia, Ohio, and at the office of William C. Kammerer and Associates, Consulting Engineers, 19CA) Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. Bidders may secure a copy of said plans specifications at the office of William C. Kammerer and Associates upon deposit of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each set of plans and' or specifications. The full amount of the deposit for one set only will returned to each actual bidder within a reasonable time after receipt of bids, and upOn return in good condition of a complete set of plans specifications.

Fifty per cent I of the deposit made by others than actual bidders, and fifty per cent of the deposit made by bidders who mark, mutilate, oj stamp the plans specifications will be refunded upon the return of all documents within thirty (30) days after the date of opening of the bids.
