Earle Teegarden, delegate to state convention. Mrs. Alford and the alternate, Mrs. Miquelon. Mrs.

George Siberling gave a talk with slides on the RSVP in Chillicothe. The St. Patrick's Day theme was carried out in the refreshments. MR. AND MRS.

LEO BASSETT Mr. and Mrs. Leo (Pete) Bassett, Breckenridge, will observe their 50th wedding anniversary March 31. Edith Hazel O'Dell and Leo M. Bassett were married April 3, 1924 in Kingston.

The couple have spent most of their married life in Caldwell county. They are the parents of eight children; Mrs. Lola Evans, Mrs. Shirley Trammell, Mrs. Wanda Gilgour, Mrs.

Dixie Johnson and Larry Bassett, all of Breckenridge; James Bassett, Bristol, and Mrs. Beverly Bunch, California. Mrs. Doris DeWeese is deceased. They have 21 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.

Open house will be held Sunday, March 31, from 3 to 5 o-clock at the Community Hall in Breckenridge. All friends and relatives are invited. Mr. Bullington is a native of Arkansas, a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Evelyn, were appointed for foreign mission service and sent to Togo in 1966. He has had two tours in Togo doing evangelistic work and directing a school for new pastors. He is now on furlough and is completing requirements for a doctor of ministries degree at Midwestern.
