Pro Basketball TV Previews American Conservative Union Sets Up For National Growth RAWHIDE. p.m. CBS. "Prairie Fire." Another good western, this one a sentimental show of affection for Wishbone as the men fight to save his life. Wishbone goes to take over a dead friend's herd with the intention of giving the proceeds to the friend's daughter.

But he falls into the hands of greedy herders who torture him to try to get the herd's ownership papers for themselves. In the struggle, Wishbone teaches one of them a lesson on becoming a man. INTERNATIONAL SHOWTIME. p.m. NBC.

"The Giant Caravan Circus." And it's still another visit to Sweden's Circus Cott, as this series has obviously run out of circuses and out of gas. The acts are good ones, if you enjoy this sort of entertainment, and you'll be treated to the expected display of clowns, acrobats and horsemanship. THE FARMER'S DAUGHTER. p.m. ABC.

"Katy's New Job." Once again, Glen almost loses Katy to a rich man who won't take no for an answer. But Katy astounds him by asking for time to think over his offer of $500 a week, plus a wardrobe, a maid and a chauffeur. He's even more astounded (though we shouldn't be) at her decision. THE ADDAMS FAMILY. p.m.

ABC. "Lurch and His Harpsichord." The picture of Lurch, eyes lowered and lips trembling, playing fugues on his harpsichord is an incongruous one. And he almost dies inside when his beloved instrument nearly gets sold to a museum. He's so miserable he can't even get laughs out of train-wrecking. Lovebirds Gomez and Morticia come to the rescue with a scheme causing the jailing of the museum curator.

GOMER PYLE. p.m. CBS. '-Double Date With the Sarge." Lucky Sarge! His girl friend's girl friend has found a lovely boy to make it a grand, compatible foursome, none other than Corner Pyle himself. When Sarge recovers from the initial shock, he tries to unload the other couple, but nothing works.

Relief comes in the form of an unwelcome stranger. JACK BENNY PROGRAM. p.m. NBC. "Jack's Navy Buddy Returns." Jack Pepper guests as the Navy pal 39-year- old Benny hasn't seen in 40 years.

After some sentimental joking, Pepper cons Benny into putting him on the show. After a few World War I skits, Benny expects more war with his sponsor, until he gets a surprising phone call. AMERICA'S JUNIOR MISS PAGEANT. 10-11 p.m. NBC.
