The Moore Funeral Home Is Undergoing Extensive Re- modelling. Bessemer, May business places in the city, two on Sophie street and one on West Lead street, are now in the process of being extensively remodelled. The Sophie street establishments undergoing changes are the C. W. Moore funeral home and the Kelto- Velin store.

Mrs. Mabel Melanson is having changes made at the new site for her place of business on Lead street. The Kelto-Velia company is also making changes in a new site for its store. The Kelto-Velin company will move from its present location to its own building, which was formerly owned by Skud and Goldman and occupied by the Melanson restaurant. Mrs.

Melanson will locate theme for the morning message is "The Living Water." At 5 the Girl's communicants class meets in church study. 6 the Senior Christian Endeavor meets with Norine Kriiegar and Shirley Brannas as leaders. Monday at 8 the session meets at the John Landon home. At 2:30 the quarterly conference of pastor and executive committees from the women's organizations is held in church. Wednesday at 2:30 Ladies Aid meeting with Mesdames Best and Reid as hostesses.

It will have five narrow windows topped with a row of small square windows of amber colored glass. The lower windows will be five feet and two inches high and the small windows will be two feet square.

The five windows will be 10 feet and three inches wide. There will be a casket display room, 30x18, in the basement. The "family room" will be the front room on the first floor, and the chapel, 36x19, will be Just back of the family room. The music room, 14 feet square, in which will be located the organ, will be near the rear. The orchid colored washroom will be 5x7 feet.

The embalming room will be the rear room. Variegated wallboard in 12x24 inch squares is being applied to all the walls. There will be Venetian blinds in the front windows and the four archways will have drapes. "Tie ceilings will be painted in light terra cotta with still lighter colored trim. The floors will be covered with Burgundy broadloom carpet.

There will be a green neon sign over the front entrance. It is expected the work of alterations will be completed in 'Jiree weeks. Plate Glass Front The Melanson place of business will also have a. new plate glass front and will be completely renovated. Workman are now employed in erecting the front.

Work on the interior has been in progress this week. The walls have been covered with large sheets of colored wall board. At the Kelto-Velin building the work of changing the interior started this week. So far partitions have been taken down and the lumber has been removed.
