a V.ULUC from Frederick, as the county has no candidate to ffcr The tbeilfflty candidate was near b-i- selected from the county, acd any rate h's two deputies are generally selected from the county. It does not matter where the State Senator comes from, as he has DO patronage to bestow and is bonnd to act tor the beat interests of alt the people. But as regards the Judges of the Orphans' Court, there Is peculiar propriety in baring one from Frederick. Then again, cases occur in which Frederick city is directly interested, and a realdeat Judge would be better acquainted with the circumstances than one living outside. I might go on naming other reasons but the above will suffice. Where anything ao obvious it is surely strange that the greed for office will cause men to allo their Judgment to be so blinded as not to see the right.
