-44 WEDNESDAY, JUNE 7, 1972 THE HOLLAND, MICHIGAN, EVENING SENTINEL PAGE SEVEN A Council Sets 3 Sessions Of Day Camp The Holland Council of Fire girls has completed Camp plans for 1972 Day Camp at Kamp Kiwanis. The camp is made available to Camp Fire Girls by Kiwanis Club. The camp is situated in 35 acres of woods ds and has a lodge grounds. There will be "harde, sessions of day and June 26-29. camp, 12-15, June 19-22 2 The program will include swimming, nature, outdoor activities, dramatics, dancing, hand arts, sports and games, and singing.

Each Wednesday the campers will take a field trip to John Ball Park and Blandford Nature Center. The camper will be in groups of 8-10 and a junior counselor will be assigned to each group. Jean Teens and Horizon girls who have volunteered their services as junior counselors are Mary Jo Mott, LaVonda Carden, Vicki Kuipers, Debbie Kleinjan, Jo-Ellen Ming, Lyn Van Eyl, Lisa Lugten, Teresa Koppenaal, Debby Torick, Tammy Van Hekken, Cindy Nies, Karen Brower, Mary-Jo Knoll, Barb Woodward, Darlene Rosendahl, Lois Turpin, Karen Van Langevelde and Pam Petzak. The junior counselors will have their first training session June at 4 p.m. at the Camp Fire Office.

All mothers of campers are invited to assist as helpers at camp and those interested are asked to call the Camp Fire Office. Mrs. Darlene Kolean, Blue Bird leader will be a mother helper for one week. Mrs. Ed Schutt and Mrs.

William Venhuizen will be camp directors. Miss Mary Kriger of the West Ottawa physical education department will be water safety instructor. The bus for camp will leave the Camp Fire office at 9 each morning and will stop at Dykstra Drug Store and anywhere along Lakewood Blvd. to pick up campers. The bus will arrive back at the Camp Fire Office about 4:30 p.m.

Ragone to Replace Van Wylen at U- ANN ARBOR David V. BEe School Ragone, of dean of Engineering, the Thayer Dartmouth College, will return to The University of Michigan as dean of the College of Engineering. Ragone who served nine years on the faculty of the U-of College, 1953-1962, will assume the deanship on Sept. 1, said President Robben W. ing.

Ragone is an expert in automotive pollution. The U-of-M Regents authorized Fleming to make the nouncement and will confirm the appointment at their regular monthly meeting June 16. Ragone's appointment follows a search by a faculty student committee, named by Fleming to help identify qualified persons to head the College. Ragone succeeds Dr. Gordon J.

Van Wylen, who will assume the presidency of Hope College July 1. An interim dean until Aug. 31 will be named. Hijacker Found Guilty; Faces 20-Year Sentence SALT LAKE CITY (UPI)Donald L. Coleman, 24, was found guilty of air conspiracy Tuesday and faces a 20-year minimum jail sentence.

He will be sentenced Thursday. Coleman, of Downer's Grove, was charged with attempting to hijack an American Airlines jetliner en route from Chicago to San Francisco Dec. 26.
