Soldiers' Vote Boosts Totals Of GOP Slate Adams county's general Republican was increased by the soldiers' counted Friday afternoon by the county court--but the soldiers disagreed with the civilians on one item, the proposed amendment to the state tion The county voted 823 to 791 against the amendment changing the method of determining election districts.
