Nielsen Co. for the week ending Dec. 21 showed.

CBS' triumph, its second in a row, came with a big boost from "Dallas," which now has won the ratings competition seven weeks running. CBS had seven shows among the 10 highest-rated, and ABC two. NBC, which finished last in the competition for the eighth straight week, listed only the "Bob Hope Christmas Show" In the Top 10 10th.
