Two Advance To Eagle Scouts Eagle Scout badges will be awarded to two district scouts during special ceremonies to be conducted this week by three districts of Allegheny Council, Boy Scouts of America. Darragh retired from the Welfare Department in 1937 after 15 years service. Began In 1922 Beginning in 1922, she worked up through the department and was the department's chief social worker when she stepped out. She was also interested in the Children's Aid Society and the Associated Charities in addition to her work with the City wel fare organization. The department was merged Into the Alle gheny County Institutional District in 1945. A life-long Pittsburgher, Mrs.

Darragh succumbed after a lingering Illness. Survivors listed Widow of James R. Darragh, she lived in the Alder Court Apartments, Shadyside. surviving are two sons, AiDerr C. and J.

Donald Darragh, both of Pittsburgh; and two sisters, Mrs. L. C. Hoffman and Mrs. E.

Ida H. Kelly Mrs. Ida (Ann) House Kelly died Thursday in the home of her daughter at 7041 Monticello St. after a short illness. Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Mrs.

Kelly had resided the past 39 years in Homewood. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church there. Surviving are her daughter, Catherine, whose married name Is also Kelly, and a son, James Kelly, of San Francisco. Three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Cosgrove, Mrs.

He retired two years ago and came to Pittsburgh to live with his son. He was a member of the American Dental Society, the Hermit Club of Cleveland, the Mayfield Club, and the Fairmont Presbyterian Church. Mr. Mateer, a Wilkinsburg resident for 50 years, was a member of 1 1 i Presbyterian Church and Wilkinsburg Lodge, Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Margaret Is Mateer; a son, Dr. Eugene H.

Married on Nov. 14, 1901, Rich ard Elmer Leake met his bride-to-be, Laura Robb, when they were employed by the same company in Wellsville, O. After their marriage they lived In Wellsville three years and later moved to the North Side where they re sided 30 years. Residents of Good Lane, Perrysville, for 17 years, the couple are members of the Cal vary Methodist Church where Mr. Leake is on the board of trustees and chairman of the a member of the Women's Christian Service Society.

Mr- Leake Is a retired employe of the Bell Telephone where he was employed 39 years. Three of their children. Rich Ruth and Mrs. Edward F. Haust, are from Perrysville.
