Shannon L. Young, 20, Kokomo, was arrested on a warrant charge of failure to appear. CCSD. i 3:14 p.m. Theft.

Joshua M. Agnew, 304 W. Broadway, reported binoculars taken from his vehicle. LPD. 3:50 p.m.

Property-damage accident, Third Street, south of Miami Avenue. A vehicle driven by Marion C. Beebout, 27,2808 U.S. 35 South, lot 47, struck the rear of a vehicle driven Lynn L. Studebaker, 22, Kewanna.

LPD. 4:42 p.m. Property-damage accident, East Broadway, east of North Third Street. A vehicle driven by Joanna K. McFarland, 33, Walton, was struck in the rear by an unidentified driver, who left the scene.

LPD, 4:49 p.m.—Auto theft. Burger Chevrolet, 201 E. Broadway, reported a 1994 Chevrolet Astro van stolen from the lot. LPD. 6:15 p.m.

Property-damage accident, Davis and Chase roads. Vehicles driven by Mary I. Eller, 82,1717 Johnson and Deanna Riley, 75N, collided. CCSD. 6:20 p.m.

Property-damage accident, Cass County Road.lOON, west of 110OE. A vehicle driven by Judith A. Duncan, 53, Rochester, struck a deer. CCSD. dent, McClure parking lot.

An unidentified driver struck a parked vehicle owned by Thomas and Phyllis A. Anders, 3730 Henry Drive. LPD. 10:06 p.m.—Attempted breaking and entering. Gerrie Y.

Walker, 522 W. Linden reported pry marks on her door in the area of the dead bolt lock. No entry was made. LPD. Thursday 12:02 a.m.

Criminal mischief. Theresa A. Gibbs, 1330 High reported the contents of a concrete container in her back yard were ignited. LPD. 3:28 a.m.

Property-damage accident, Ind. 16, east of Cass County Road 1000E. A vehicle driven by Timothy M. Cowell, 32, Twelve Mile, struck a deer, CCSD. 3:45 a.m.

Property-damage accident, U.S. 35, north of Cass County Road 275N. A vehicle driven by Sara Pursch, 18,412 Market struck a deer. CCSD. 4:27 a.m.

Property-damage accident, U.S. 24 West, west of Cass County Road 400W. A vehicle driven by Peggy A. Suiter, 50, Burnettsville, struck a deer. CCSD.
