Born in Brockport, Mr. Miller joined the Army in 1902, and served in the West Indies during World War I. He held the rank of master sergeant upon leaving military service in 1939. It was during his service in Puerto Rico that Mr. Miller met his wife, the former Carmen Carson.

Mr. Miller was a member of Ihe American Legion and of a Elizabeth McGrath on Nov. 25, inngn. a daughter, Buziell Cindy, now 4, and were expecting a second 1908. The couple last year celebrated their golden wedding wife, Loretta; three daughters, Mary, Dorothy and Joan Huss; a son, Paul; four brothers, Elmer, Frank, Edward and Harold; two sisters, Mrs.

Edward Pfaff and Mrs. Andrew Schum; two stepbrothers, Elmer and Louis Veltz; a stepsister; Mrs. George Henrietta, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the anniversary. Mr.

Austin was a member of child in December. Mr. Buzzell was associated with the music publishing, firm of Hecht, Lancaster and Buzzell, which he formed in collabora the Carpenters District Council Arthur Kent, Inc. 1 and of the Monroe County Re publican organization, and was Puerto Rican Masonic lodge. Besides his wife, he leaves a communicant of St.
