White Sidewall Tires Available WASHINGTON, March 27. The government today lifted its ban on white sidewall tires and increased the amount of natural rubber that may be used in possenger car tires. The National Production Authority also announced that tire and rubber companies may use 110,000 long tons of natural rubber in each Quarter after April 1, instead of 105,000 tons.
