Columbus, Ohio, May 20 Payers of the Ohio gasoline tax cannot charge off amounts they paid Improperly as taxes on benzol at the time that the original gasoline tax law did not com-prehend benzol. This point was established when Gilbert Bettman, Attorney-General, scored a victory In the Cuyahoga County Court of Appeals involving gasoline taxes of companies in many parts of the state. One of the companies Involved was the United Te-troleum Company, Cincinnati. In a case under the law in an earlier form prior to amendment In 1927, benzol was not taxed, as not derived from petroleum products. Replying on that decision, those who had paid taxes on an exempted product attempted to offset the amount paid illegally on their bills for gasoline tuxes.

Get the facts about Konjola. Meet a Konjola Man one is at the Dow Drug Store, Fifth and Vine Streets; another at the Dow Drug Store, Sixth and Vine Streets. Learn how this master medicine works its seeming wonders to perform. Konjola's fame rests not on promises, but upon the happy experiences of tens of thousands of men and women, young and old, who rejoice in health because Konjola is above all else the medicine that makes good. Konjola is known for its more than a million friends, such as Mr.

and Mrs. James A. Cole, of 3908 Feertister Street, Cincinnati. Just a few days ago Mr. Cole said to the Konjola Man: "Our little family owes its health and happiness to Konjola, and no words of mine are strong enough to express the gratitude we feel for this master medicine.

I was run down, worn out, practically a nervous wreck. I did not sleep at night; my appetite was poor and my general health in a sorry condition. But Konjola quickly changed all this, and today I am in perfect health, strong and vigorous. Just as I was told it would do, Konjola cleansed and stimulated all my organs, calmed my nerves and gave Nature a chance to build me up." Said Mrs. -Cole: "My condition was very much like that of my husband, except that I suffered also from indigestion and chronic constipation.

I was in a pitiable condition for eighteen months and went down to 119 pounds. I tried a number of medicines, but none helped me a bit. Seeing what Konjola did for Mr. Cole I started the treatment, and in just three weeks Konjola practically made a new woman of me. I gained four pounds in this time, and all of my health problems have been solved.

Konjola shall certainly always have a place in our home." Speaking of little Bernice, her mother said: "Our little daughter, who is two and a half years of age, suffered from stomach and liver troubles, and lacked energy. She had no appetite, her complexion was sallow and she was restless and fretful. Her kidneys were affected, too. Well, after Konjola had done so much for we gave it to Bernice. The results were wonderful, yet exactly what we expected.

Konjola has been a blessing to us all. Bernice has gained four pounds, and is like a different child." So it goes, everywhere Konjola is known and put to the test. Konjola is powerful in the obstinate cases of the aged, yet it may be given to the infant. Here is, indeed a medicine for all the people. A Konjola Man is at the Dow Drug Store, Fifth and Vine Streets, and another, at the Dow Drug Store, Sixth and Vine Streets, Cincinnati, where they are meeting the public dally and explaining the merits of this new medicine.
