And Cleona, Incorporates; Now AD-MOR Stores The B' and Company, 103 W. Penn Avenue; Cleona, was officially incorporated as of January 1955, hereafter will known as AD-MOR Stores, Inc. The and Company was initially formed as a partnership on May 1953, by Harold R. Bowman, George Bowman, and V. Carl Gacono.

Their first store was a one room affair located at 114 North Center, Cleona. However, the desire for a better location combined with the need for more space found the company moving into their present Cleona location, 103 W. Penn Avenue, only six months after the doors of the first store were open ed. The shop, which was used for jervice work and which was located in the rear of 118 North Center Street, was to efficiently handle the many service calls which were coming into company in an ever increasing number. Included in the service department is a complete plumbing, refrigeration, and wiring section.

The' plumbing section is headed by George F. Bowman, and the wiring and refrigeration section is headed by Harold R. Bowman. On October 6, 1954 the company bought another store at 140 South. Union Street, Middlelown, with the object of being able to purchase merchandise in such quantities that it could offer the general public more' for their money.

Treiber enlisted in the Navy in July 1952 and received boot training at Bainbridge, Maryland. He is a 1951 graduate of Annville High School. Airman Lloyd Boyer In Air Force 2 Years Airman Second Class Lloyd Boyer, son of Mrs. Paul Kerr of Lebanon Route 20 today marked two years of service in the U. S.

Air Force. Boyer is stationed in North Africa at the present time. He is a 1952 graduate of Jonestown High School and was employed by the Michigan Limestone and C'hemic'al Company before his enlistment. Haldeman and Mrs. Lewis Leach served coffee and doughnuts to all present.
