pistachio instant pudding mix 1 (1 5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice cup chopped pecans cup drained and chopped marischino cherries 1 small container Cool Whip Light Stir all ingredients, except Cool Whip, together until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight before serving. tomatoes, chopped cup black olives, sliced (optional) 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 small jar commercial tomato sauce (Prego, Ragu, etc.) 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed 1 to 1 cups grated mozzarella or provolone cheese Combine eggplant, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic. Put a little olive oil in a large saucepan and saute combined ingredients until tender. Add tomatoes and saute until tender. Combine tomato sauce and Italian seasoning with vegetables and simmer 10 min. Place 1 loaf of bread dough on a lightly greased baking pan with edges.

Pat out dough to within of each pan edge. Place vegetable mixture on dough and spread to within 1" of each edge. Spread with cheese. Pat out the remaining dough on a separate surface until the dough has the same dimensions of the first loaf. Place on top of the vegetables and cheese.

Moisten edges of the dough with water. Press edges together securely to seal. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 22 min. Serves 8.
