At a meeting of the district judges yesterday, Judge George Rodrigurez, whose son, County Attorney George Rodriguez Jr. is also a defendant in the suit, asked for the transfer. JUDGE HANS Brockmoller ruled that the transfer would be made by drawing and 171st was the court with the winning ticket.
